Business Signs: Most Effective; Least Expensive

According to the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA), signs are the most effective, yet least expensive form of advertising.

They remain “at work” promoting your business’ visibility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—combining “affordability and availability with an excellent return on investment.”

How signs work for you:

1) Signs indicate your presence.

2) Signs can influence customers’ shopping habits.

3) Signs help create your brand image.

4) Signs extend recall of other advertising efforts.

5) Signs develop a memory for a location.

6) Signs convert customers to sales.

So, what kind of sign do you need?

Turn-Key Sign Project From Design To Installation

David H Pickering Companies
Little Rock, Arkansas

When I began the process of developing the plans for a new LED display for one of my shopping centers, I did a great deal of research into LED displays and the sign contractors who install them.

From our inquiries, we found that one company has been involved in a large number of these projects and was highly recommended to us by others who have used them to do this type of work – Ace Sign Company.

Ace Signs was the only company that could provide a turn-key project from design to installation, and in house service. They also provide a graphic art service that we have found invaluable.

YES! This Sign Will Help Your Business.

CenterPoint Church
Benton, Arkansas

It is with confidence that I recommend Ace Signs for your LED or general sign needs. Although I have not used Ace Signs for every project I have done, I can say that I wish I had.

As we approached this project, I sought out the advice of different vendors, and found Ace signs to be the best. Not only were they priced well, but they were also the most knowledgeable.

What I believe is their most valuable asset is the after the sale service. We have had a couple of issues that they were more than willing to resolve, months after the completion of the project.

You can trust Ace Signs.

As far as the value of the LED, we have found it to be indispensable. It has greatly added to our visibility, as we are located pretty far off the road.  It has also been an excellent communicator for us as a church. Looking back, the only thing I would change is that I would have used Ace Signs for the entire project.

If you are asking “Will this sign help our church (or business)?” the answer is YES. If you are considering another company to build, and maintain your sign DON’T!

A Good Sign for Your Business

Good sign design begins with a survey of your location and building, or an analysis of the architectural design. Traffic volumes and patterns are noted. Visibility is considered.

The bottom line is that your sign company must be able to assure your signs’s visibility and readability under standard conditions.

This information is blended with your name and logo, the architectural design of your building and your marketing plans to develop a street presentation unique and effective for your business.

If you don’t have a logo or unique type style, your sign company’s professional designers can usually help develop one that you can use throughout your business and other advertising media to reinforce or “brand” your business.

The sign must be large enough so the customer can read, react, and stop safely. A sign package with low readability becomes little more than a street address.

Make sure your signs will be designed to their maximum potential to keep your site “branded” and capable of influencing a purchase, as well as complimenting site architecture.

NLR City Council sign ban proposal considered anti-business

The North Little Rock city council continues to seek more restrictions on business advertising signs.

Aldermen Murray Whicher and Debbie Ross view the technology as a nuisance and have stated that digital signs have no place in the city.

It couldn’t be at a worse time considering city revenues are down more than 15% for the year and cuts may be required for vital services.

“Some on the council seem to have total disregard for the impact it will have on business and are instead pushing their personal agenda. Many businesses are considering  a move to surrounding cities that are more business friendly.” states Keith Richardson with Richardson Properties.

Your Sign is Important Advertising

In the United States we average 1.35 occupants per car, and each car travels about 15,000 miles per year. In addition, about 40 million Americans move annually to a new home. All this mobility means your effective sign captures large viewing audiences.

Our society is very mobile, consumer oriented and communication driven. Your on-site business sign functions as an important advertising and marketing device.

Unlike advertising in the newspaper or television, once your sign is paid for, it turns into an excellent source of advertising and never-ending return on investment.

As consumers pass by your place of business, an effective on-premise sign will attract and direct the consumers when they are ready to make a decision or purchase.
